Job Description

1. Lead and facilitate camp activities such as arts & crafts, STEM projects and team-building games.

2. Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and positive engagement of all campers throughout the program.

3. Encourage participation, teamwork, and confidence-building in children.

4. Manage small groups of campers, providing guidance, encouragement, and support.

5. Assist in camp setup, clean-up, and transitions between activities.

6. Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and camp staff when required.

7. Uphold camp values by being a positive role model for children.


Min Qualifications

• A-level/ IB/ Diploma holder, 18 years and above
• Must be able to commit to all 4 weeks of camp. Monday to Friday each week

• 24 - 28 Nov
• 1 - 5 Dec
• 8 -12 Dec
• 15 - 19 Dec

 

• Experience with working with young children (7-12 years) is an advantage.

 

 

Locations

• On day 3 of the camp each week, we will head outdoors to Pasir Ris Park. All other days will be at Mind Stretcher East Campus

Training

• We will do a compulsory briefing in-person on 13 November, Thursday 9am-12pm.
• There will be light refreshments provided. This briefing will not be paid.
