Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Marketing Generalist with a strong B2C background. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building their own following or working on consumer-focused brands—B2B experience is not relevant for this role. This person will play a key role in both brand building and lead generation efforts across multiple marketing streams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy and Development:

• Collaborate with the business team to refine the brand identity and story.
• Devise methods to amplify the brand and ensure consistency across marketing campaigns and channels.

 

2. Brand Campaigns and Activations:

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute innovative and compelling brand-led campaigns and activations.
• Manage events planning and coordination for these campaigns and activations.

 

3. Community Building and Engagement:

• Develop and execute engaging community engagement initiatives to increase brand love and customer loyalty.
• Lead content marketing efforts, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and relevant content across platforms.

 

4. Market Research:

• Stay updated on consumer trends, preferences, social issues, and industry/competitor trends.
• Identify creative brand-led campaign opportunities based on research findings.

 

5. Social Media Marketing:

• Manage organic social media accounts and content calendars.
• Foster engagement with the online community and respond to comments, messages, and mentions.

 

6. Collaboration:

• Establish relationships with KOLs and micro-influencers.
• Execute collaboration opportunities to enhance brand presence on key social platforms.
• Collaborate internally to ensure alignment with business objectives.

 

7. Email and Messaging Marketing:

• Manage and optimize email and messaging platforms and content calendars.

 

8. Website and Centers:

• Implement updates on websites and onsite centers, including business-as-usual, tactical, and campaign-related updates.

 

9. Analytics and Insights:

• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics across various channels.
• Transform insights into actionable recommendations to optimize content and marketing strategies.

 

10. Additional Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify opportunities to further grow the brand and contribute to its success.
• Any other ad-hoc projects or assignments which might be assigned from time to time.

 

 

Education/Certifications/Technical Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

 

Experience:

• At least 2-4 years of working experience in brand marketing or related roles.
