What You'll Do:

Mind Stretcher is looking for a meticulous and systems-driven HR Analyst to manage the operational aspects of Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits. This role focuses on execution, data accuracy, reporting, and process administration. You will ensure smooth performance cycles, accurate compensation processing, benefits administration, and reliable HR reporting to support management decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management Operations

  • Administer the end-to-end performance review process (system setup, timelines, tracking, reminders).
  • Ensure accurate input and consolidation of performance ratings.
  • Prepare performance summary reports and distribution analyses.
  • Support calibration exercises by preparing required data reports.
  • Maintain and update performance records in HRIS.
  • Handle employee and manager queries related to performance processes.

 

Compensation Administration

  • Prepare increment and bonus computation templates.
  • Consolidate salary adjustment data and ensure accurate updates in payroll systems.
  • Support annual salary review exercises, including budget tracking and documentation.
  • Maintain updated salary records and compensation database.
  • Conduct basic market salary benchmarking research.
  • Ensure compliance with internal compensation guidelines.

 

Benefits Administration

  • Administer employee insurance and benefits enrolment.
  • Liaise with benefits vendors and insurance providers.
  • Manage claims documentation and employee queries.
  • Maintain benefits records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support benefits renewals and annual reviews.

 

HR Reporting & Data Management

  • Generate regular HR reports (headcount, attrition, performance ratings, manpower cost).
  • Maintain HR dashboards and trackers.
  • Perform data reconciliation between HRIS and payroll.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data.
  • Support manpower budgeting exercises with updated data reports.
  • Assist in audits and statutory reporting requirements.

 

Process & System Support

  • Maintain documentation of HR policies and SOPs related to performance and compensation.
  • Support HRIS enhancements and system testing.
  • Identify gaps in HR data processes and recommend operational improvements.
  • Participate in HR projects as assigned.

 

About You:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of relevant HR operational experience.
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data consolidation).
  • Experience in HRIS and payroll systems preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets.
