Overview:
We’re looking for a sharp and versatile Communications Executive to lead written communications across our brands and channels. From blog articles and email newsletters to academic event promos and campaign comms — you’ll be the voice that keeps our parents, students and teachers informed, engaged, and inspired.

This is a full-spectrum role that covers both strategic content (e.g. PSLE Journey, brand storytelling) and timely messaging across platforms such as email, WhatsApp, website, and print. You’ll stay plugged in to what’s happening across the company and translate ideas, events, and initiatives into compelling narratives that resonate with our audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and write communications for major campaigns and events across our channels and touchpoints
  • Write blog articles that spotlight our programmes, campaigns, and community
  • Develop long-form thought-leadership content that supports and guides our parent & students
  • Produce monthly email newsletters featuring ongoing initiatives, student/teacher/parent/alumni stories, important updates and more
  • Interview students, teachers, parents, or internal stakeholders where necessary to build authentic, human-centred stories
  • Stay plugged in to company happenings to uncover content opportunities and maintain messaging relevance
  • Maintain and update content on the company website, including testimonials, programme deep-dives, and more
  • Coordinate and update physical communications such as programme brochures and flyers
  • Support ad-hoc communications needs such as seasonal offers, pilot launches, or internal announcements

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in communications, content writing, editorial, or marketing
  • Excellent writing and editing skills — able to deliver clear, credible, and parent-friendly content
  • Strong project coordination skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s education landscape and parent audience
  • Bonus: Experience with CMS platforms, email tools, light design tools (e.g. Canva), basic understanding of SEO & performance tracking
