Overview:
We’re looking for a sharp and versatile Senior Communications Executive to lead written communications across our brands and channels. You write both fast, time-sensitive campaign communications and slower, durable content that builds trust, clarity, and search visibility over time. From blog articles and email newsletters to academic event promotions and campaign communications, you will be the voice that keeps parents, students, and teachers informed, engaged, and inspired.

This is a full-spectrum role that covers both strategic content (thought leadership, SEO, brand storytelling) and timely messaging across platforms such as email, WhatsApp, website, and print. You stay plugged in to what is happening across the company and translate ideas, events, and initiatives into clear and compelling narratives that resonate with our audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign communications

  • Own campaign messaging end to end, from briefing to rollout and post-campaign updates
  • Write and adapt content for WhatsApp, email, Telegram, in-app messages, website updates, physical collaterals and internal briefings
  • Ensure consistency of message across parent-facing and internal channels
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure accuracy and timing

Content and SEO

  • Write long-form blog articles that support SEO and parent education
  • Contribute to thought leadership and brand storytelling content
  • Refresh and maintain evergreen website content, including programme pages and testimonials
  • Work on content initiatives that improve brand awareness and organic traffic

Editorial and general communications

  • Stay plugged in to company happenings to uncover timely content opportunities
  • Interview teachers, students, parents, or internal stakeholders when needed
  • Edit and proofread all written materials before release
  • Handle ad-hoc communications for seasonal offers, pilot launches, and internal updates

Requirements:

Experience & Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in communications, content, editorial, or marketing
  • Experience managing communications across multiple channels
  • High attention to detail and ownership of deliverables
  • Strong writing and copywriting skills, especially for parent-facing audiences
  • Comfortable managing multiple timelines and stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s education or parent market is a strong advantage

  • Comfortable with light design tools such as Canva
