We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, providing timely assistance and tailored recommendations on our Programmes, Webinars, and Bootcamps. You’ll be instrumental in driving student enrolment through active lead follow-up and delivering excellent service experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with inquiries from various channels including phone, email, and social media.
Advise parents and students on suitable Programmes, Webinars, and Bootcamps.
Handle and resolve service-related challenges professionally.
Generate and pursue new leads to meet sales and enrolment targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement and support enrolment strategies.
Assist with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
About You:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Education or a related discipline is preferred.
1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales or a similar client-facing role is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with good command of written English.
Customer-focused, friendly and professional in engaging parents and students.
Positive and cheerful disposition, with a willingness to go the extra mile to support customers.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Organised and meticulous in handling enquiries, follow-ups and customer records.
Proficient in basic productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using CRM systems, customer service platforms, social media and email communication tools.
