Job Summary:

The Senior Human Resource Executive, Resourcing (HRR) holds a crucial role in teacher, scheduling, deployment and also being the first point of contact for teacher’s HR-related enquiries. The scope of this role includes coordination, involving active engagement with teachers, sourcing relief teachers, and ensuring accurate compensation for The Senior HRR Executive plays a key part in fostering a positive academic environment and enhancing the overall teaching experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Operations-Centric Responsibilities

  • Scheduling & Deployment: Develop and refine the master schedule for teacher deployment, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources. Collaborate with academic leadership to assign teachers strategically based on qualifications and class requirements.
  • Teacher and Centre Liaison: Maintain effective communication with teaching staff and serve as the primary link between teachers and centre management. Address operational concerns promptly and foster a supportive and positive working environment.
  • Relief Teacher Coordination: Proactively source, coordinate and deploy relief teachers during unforeseen absences or planned events to ensure minimal disruption to the academic schedule and seamless continuity of classes.

 

HR-Related Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Administration: Lead teacher onboarding and orientation processes to support smooth integration into the organisation. Oversee and manage documentation pertaining to teacher contracts, certifications and related administrative requirements.
  • Staff Coaching & Development: Provide guidance and coaching to new staff on operational responsibilities. Conduct regular reviews and deliver constructive feedback to support staff performance and professional growth.

 

Education/Certifications/Technical Skills:

  • Diploma and above in a relevant field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem analysis and resolution skills.
  • Adaptable and open to new ideas.
  • Able to coach and guide new staff.
  • Team player with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel.
  • Familiarity with, scheduling, and academic staff administration.

 

 

Experience:

  • At least three (3) years of administrative or human resources experience.
  • Candidates with prior teaching experience and academic administration roles would be preferred
