As a Printing Associate, you play an important operational role in supporting the organisation’s printing, logistics and facilities functions. You will ensure that teaching materials and operational resources are printed, prepared and delivered to centres in a timely manner. In addition, you will assist with basic facilities support, equipment setup and logistical coordination to ensure the smooth functioning of Head Office, centres, warehouse and printing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities & Maintenance:
Maintain and repair equipment and premises across all locations.
Coordinate with building management and landlords on safety and maintenance matters.
Liaise with contractors for air-conditioning, lighting, CCTV, and fire safety systems.
Provide technical support for IWBs, projectors, visualizers, and laptops.
Coordinate delivery and setup for new centres (furniture, internet, payment systems).
Assist with business service applications (NETS, telecoms, utilities).
Supervise renovations and follow up with contractors.
Source office equipment and evaluate vendor performance.
Logistics & Printing:
Print, collate, pack, and deliver materials to centres.
Support relocations, events, and warehouse setup.
Assist with delivery documentation and inventory management.
Participate in stock-taking and maintain accurate records.
Support ad-hoc projects as assigned.
About You:
NITEC or equivalent technical qualification.
Valid Class 3 Driving License (essential).
At least 2 years of relevant experience in printing operations, logistics, facilities support or related roles.
Basic troubleshooting skills for office and AV equipment.
Physically fit and able to move equipment and furniture.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
