💼 What Will You Do? (Don’t worry, we’ll support you every step of the way!)

As a Software Consultant, you’ll be the go-to tech expert for our clients — resolving issues and helping them get the best out of our platform.

You will:

• Log and track support tickets (think of yourself as a tech detective!)
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat (we’re big on helpful service!)
• Understand client needs and guide them on using our software
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with confidence
• Follow up to ensure client satisfaction
• Escalate complex issues to your Manager when needed
• Build strong, positive relationships with clients (make their day!)

💡 You’ll Thrive Here If You...

• Are a fresh graduate or have 1+ years of experience in IT or HR-related fields
  (More experience? You may be considered for a managerial role!)
• Have excellent written and spoken English
• Enjoy solving problems and helping others
• Work well both independently and in a team
• Are comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Bonus: Familiarity with SQL, HR systems, or delivering training sessions!
